Position Title: Executive Marketing Assistant

 

Job Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor

 

Location: Remote

Hours: 9:00am-5:00PM CST

 

Position Description:

 

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Executive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask, manage online platforms, and engage with customers professionally.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Marketing & Content Creation:

​

• Design and edit marketing materials using Canva (graphics, templates, and video content).

• Create and edit video content for promotional use.

• Manage and update the company’s Wix website, ensuring functionality and content updates.

 

Social Media Management:

​

• Schedule, post, and manage content across Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and track social media performance.

 

Partnership & Platform Management:

​

• Maintain and manage collaborative partnership accounts such as Amazon, Printify and Groupon.

 

Customer Service & Administrative Support:

​

• Handle customer inquiries, process transactions, and manage email correspondence.

• Execute email marketing campaigns and appointment scheduling.

• Perform general administrative duties as needed.

 

Requirements:

​

• Proficiency in Canva for design and video editing.

• Experience with Wix for website design and updates.

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.

• Experience with customer service and email marketing.

• Reliable computer with high-speed internet access.

• Ability to access and manage business social media accounts.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
